The nursery operates from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 46 weeks a year, closing for Christmas, Whitsun, and three weeks in August to ensure staff well-being and energy. They offer an all-inclusive fee structure, covering breakfast, mid-morning snack, home-cooked lunch, afternoon high tea, and even nappies and wipes, simplifying things for busy parents.

Their experienced and diverse team includes Early Years Professionals, qualified Early Years Teachers, Forest School Leaders, a Lamda Drama Teacher, and Early Years Educators, ensuring a rich learning and play environment. A dedicated cook prepares meals, and a registrar handles administrative tasks, allowing the teaching staff to focus on the children.

All staff members engage in continuous professional development and hold Paediatric First Aid certificates, highlighting their commitment to childcare quality.
