Great nursery with the amazing and really caring staff. They make all the difference! The facilities might be not very shiny or spacious, but as we learned none of those really matter. Our twins had attended two different chain nurseries before IW and really struggled there/didn't want to attend etc. While the progress achieved in Incey was palpable. We are especially grateful for the support and coaching provided to our autistic son. Incey was instrumental in helping us securing an appropriate professional support for him and also achieved remarkable progress in improving his communicational and other skills. My daughter has developed a strong bond with her key person, as well as all staff. She has been absolutely thriving since day one at Incey Winceys! 😊 Their dedicated staff puts every parent’s worries at rest.

Cold hearted Manager, no regards for people's feelings. The previous manager was kind, professional and understood the situation I was in at the time. It's my son's birthday today (11/01/2019) and I have been visiting him at this nursery for 3 years without any issues with the previous manager. Now that there's a New manager I'm told (in the hallway, that I'm no longer welcomed). I was told in the hallway as other parents were passing that I'm no longer allowed to visit my son because the mother did not allow it.

Me and my partner had a terrible experience bringing our 18months baby to this nursery. We picked our baby just after lunch time and was showing signs of minor injury on the right eye, when we dropped him in the morning there was no sign of nothing on him. We also found sand inside his clothes. Next morning we wake up and our baby eye was swallowing and completely closed with signs of irritation. So I took him to the Moorfields A&E where the doctor confirmed this was caused by sand and dirty hands and ended up with eye infection, so we’ve been prescribed antibiotics. I have called the nursery to see what happened and received a quick “not my business response” The think that really made us cry inside, was that, none asked how the baby was feeling, instead passing the phone around with no interest in the matter. Until I ended up filling a complaint to the manager. A cold heart person promt to challenge everything I could have said. I expressed my concerns to her and asked to refund my deposit, as I don’t feel this is a safe place for our baby and all this happened during probation period. I have explained her, we are still struggling with finance as we both studying and working and don’t earn that much and that there is no valid reason for them to keep the deposit, the contract has been broken by the nursery not to provide care for the children as stated. We just don’t feel safe to leave our baby with this nursery because of what happened. Why shall we be forced to pay for something we didn’t get!. There should be an option to choose to opt out if this things happened. Instead she said to have reported me to the authorities because I have told her to be money driven. Also I haven’t seen much involvement to stimulate childrens to play and do activities. In my opinion there is not much passion and excitement in working with children at least not as the payday is. “An ideal place for busy parents who never reflect on this and think everything it’s fine just because don’t have the time to do it properly.” One day will come back to you and you will ask yourself what you did wrong with your baby. It may just be us to be over protective and ask for to much, but I will make no compromises on him, especially his safe. But if you really care about you baby and choose this place please pay attention and see if your baby is showing pleasure in going there. I have filled a complain with Ofsted, and registered the case with MoneyClaim. We just feel this is unfair regardless money. I think as consumers in this country we have limited rights and many companies think they can go away with our hard earned money. Hope it will work for you if you choose them, but this was our experience with choosing their service.

My son is happy at iw his key worker is great, and I feel safe leaving my child with the warm staff in the baby room at early hours in the morning
