Inclusion & environment
Unique support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is excellent. Staff act swiftly and thread advice from involved professionals into individual plans. This creates continuity for children that has a significant impact on their progress. Adjustments are made to the provision that is offered so that all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, can access the full curriculum. For example, staff adjust the physical environment so that all children can access the activities and experiences on offer.
Staff provide a stimulating and inviting learning environment both indoors and outside. Toddlers show considerable concentration as they play in the mud kitchen outside.
Children who speak English as an additional language hear their home languages in the nursery, which helps to give them a sense of belonging. Children have access to dual-language books so that the language that is meaningful for them can be seen.
Our son joined Incredible Kids Nursery mid-term, and we were quite anxious about how he would settle in. But it turned out to be a smooth and positive experience — largely thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone has been so friendly, supportive, and caring. Communication is excellent, with regular updates that really reassure us. The manager is lovely, and the carers are truly superb. Keep up the great work — our son can’t wait to go in each day and see his little friends!
Read on GoogleMy 14 month old daughter started here at the beginning of January & I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff are friendly & welcoming, the meals are great & my daughter has gotten so much more confident in the short time she's been there. The staff keep you well updated through the day & are more then happy to answer any questions you have
Read on GoogleMy kid has been going here almost 2 years now and loves it. Appreciate their flexible booking for my ever-changing shift pattern and allowing me to visit when I was still breastfeeding but struggling to pump. Staff have always been friendly. Nowhere is perfect but the plus sides more than make up for any minor issues. Would definitely recommend.
Read on GoogleI went a paid a visit to the incredible kids nursery, as soon as I entered the building and pressed the buzzer for assistants I was met with a Confrontational staff member, once I explained they were expecting me after a phone call I was snarled at with 'it must of been a different team member, who isn't here' I did nothing but waste my time there for 20 minutes. The staff are rude and have no time for parents so god only knows how they treat the kids! I will not be sending my children here now or ever! It is important to me that my children are looked after by kind and patient people not snarky rude staff!
Read on GoogleThere is a particular staff member called “jade” that my granddaughter speaks about. She comes home to me telling me that “in the preschool room all I have to do is tidy up all day and if I don’t I have to sit down in the corner and do nothing” I do not think this is acceptable as a child should come to nursery and be able to play with the toys, I understand that children need to tidy up but they also shouldn’t be stopped from playing.
