We are absolutely delighted with the care our daughter receives at Ivegill Nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been so warm, nurturing, and attentive, making her feel safe and happy every day she attends The environment is welcoming and well organised, with a wonderful range of activities that encourage learning through play. We’ve seen such lovely progress in her confidence, independence, and social skills since she started. She comes home smiling and excited to tell us about her day. The girls truly treats every child as an individual and clearly care about their development and wellbeing. Communication with parents is excellent — we’re always kept informed and feel very involved in her journey. We’re so grateful to everyone at Ivegill Nursery for creating such a positive and supportive environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Ivegill Nursery. All three of my children have attended, and every single one of them has had a truly brilliant experience from start to finish. The staff are simply amazing — warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and development. They create such a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence, build friendships, and develop a real love of learning. It’s clear how passionate the team are about what they do, and that makes all the difference. Communication with parents is fantastic, and it’s so reassuring to know your children are not only well looked after, but genuinely happy and thriving. Seeing how excited my children were to go in each day says it all! I honestly couldn’t recommend Ivegill Nursery highly enough. If you’re looking for a nursery where your child will be cared for, encouraged, and truly valued, this is the place to be.

All four of my children attended Ivegill Nursery and we couldn’t have chosen a better start for their learning. All the staff were wonderful and nurturing and my children wanted to attend more days as they couldn’t get enough of nursery. They offered a range of activities and opportunities for my children and it was an extremely smooth transition to primary school. If you are looking for a nursery which is warm, caring and inclusive Ivegill Nurery is definitely for you.

Ivegill nursery is definitely worth the short drive from Carlisle (15 mins). Outstanding in every way including its Ofsted rating. All the staff go out of their way to nurture and support the children in a fun, varied environment. My Grandson has been going for two years and is happy, settled and contented with his nursery friends and teachers. No day is the same and he is learning and developing without him even realising. Activities are tailored to individual children’s interests and they are supported well in preparation for starting school too. Parents are kept informed and staff always have time to speak to you with any updates regarding your child. Excellent primary school next door too!

We couldn’t be happier with this nursery! All four of my children attended, and it was truly the best nursery for our family. The staff were absolutely amazing, caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the children. They created such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where my kids felt happy and confident every single day. The team always went above and beyond, keeping us informed and supporting each child’s development in such a thoughtful way. I’m so grateful for the love and attention they gave to all four of my children. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for the very best care for their little ones.
