My son started at Ross Road Gardens in September (at 15 months), and I can confidently say that I am extremely happy with this nursery. I was initially a little apprehensive because it had only recently opened, but it has exceeded all expectations — my son absolutely loves going! The team is incredibly communicative. Every day, I receive live updates on his naps, toileting, and meals. In addition, parents are sent weekly overviews outlining what the children have been learning, along with plenty of photos (usually 8 or more). This is fantastic, as it gives me a real insight into his day — especially helpful since he isn’t yet able to communicate these things himself. Not many nurseries offer this level of detail in my experience with my eldest, so this is a big win for me. The staff at Ross Road Gardens are genuinely lovely — always friendly, always welcoming, and always happy to share what my son has been up to when my partner or I collect him. Megan, Jodie, Charmaine, Summer, and Lok — your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you do! X

I pulled my child out of this nursery due to safeguarding concerns reported by my child regarding a staff at the nursery. The police were called who asked the nursery to inform other parents. I would certainly not recommend this institution to any parents
