Mini Treasures Nursery Wallington, located in London SM6 9AY, offers childcare on non-domestic premises for children aged 0-4 years. 30pm, Monday to Friday, the nursery received a Good rating at its latest Ofsted inspection on 12th March 2025.
This welcoming nursery, established in 2022, prides itself on children being happy and eager to join, separating from parents with ease, and being greeted by nurturing staff. Key persons gather information from parents when children start, helping staff build bonds and plan for individual needs.
Babies are given warm and affectionate care, snuggling with staff to read stories, which supports them to settle quickly and feel secure. The nursery implements a curriculum with engaging activities that capture children's interests and places a strong focus on independence, encouraging older children to develop self-care skills.
Children are supported to understand positive rules, such as using kind hands and sharing. Leaders implement effective strategies, including adult-led small intervention groups, to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and children who speak English as an additional language.
Children learn key words and use flash cards to enhance their social and communication skills. Outdoors, children challenge themselves on obstacle courses and crawl through tunnels in the well-equipped garden, engaging in imaginative play like pretending to sell ice cream and sail a pirate ship.
The curriculum on offer supports children to build and recall their learning, ensuring all children develop a range of skills for later life. Transitions through the nursery and to school are smooth and carefully planned, with staff working closely with local schools to help children meet their new teachers.
Staff are supported with regular supervision meetings to identify continuous professional development, and strong relationships are fostered with parents, who provide positive feedback on the kind and caring staff.

Mini Treasures is an outsatnding nursery in Wallington, and we’ve been sending our 14-month-old son there since January. Our experience with the entire team has been fantastic! From our very first visit, we were warmly welcomed by the nursery manager, Amy. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and has exceptional communication skills. She thoroughly explained everything, making us feel confident in our decision. Since our son started attending, we’ve been exceptionally happy and satisfied with the care and services provided. The Diamond Room staff, Banu and Sam, are truly amazing! They are dedicated, caring, and look after the children wonderfully. We can tell our son feels safe and happy with them. They are always doing great and keeping us updated on his progress and daily activities through the Family app, which gives us so much peace of mind. Thank you so much for your dedication and support. We highly recommend Mini Treasures to any parent looking for a reliable nursery!
Read on GoogleWe have been sending our child to Mini Treasures since mid December. Upon first visiting this nursery for the initial tour, we have received fantastic communication from the team. Since our child’s first settling day we have received daily updates in person and via the “family app”. Our child has come on leaps and bounds socially and this is in large part due to the fantastic work carried out by the team at mini treasures, specifically in the baby room. The food provided is excellent and has exposed our child to different cuisines and he always comes home happy. We would highly recommend Mini Treasures to any parent.
Read on GoogleI have been sending my son to Mini Treasures for a year now. He has thrived there. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly and I can tell that he has built strong relationships with them. Staff give me daily updates about his day and post pictures of activities throughout the day to keep us updated on the ‘famly’ app. Since starting in ‘topaz’ room, he has come on leaps and bounds. Special praise to Natalie, the room leader and Lauren, his key worker, for this. They always takes the time to fill me in at the end of the day and are caring and thoughtful to the children. Tazim also welcomes my son each morning and is so lovely, especially when he is having a hard time coming in. He seems to have a lot of fun and has made some good friends. They take the children out on trips to the park and library which my son has loved. The food always sounds delicious and he eats well there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone and would happily send any future children here too.
