What it's like

Staff plan a consistent curriculum across age groups, supporting individual learning steps and promoting independence among babies and choice-making in toddlers. Staff are attentive, kind, and good role models, teaching patience, teamwork, and preparing children for transitions using bells to signal tidy-up time, which helps them manage changes confidently.
