Both my kids attended JellyTots. My first attended for 3.5 years & had a good experience overall. The baby room had excellent staff members at that time & the toddler room was fine, aside from a few niggles that weren't concerning. The preschool room was a big concern & it coincided with the owner stepping back. My child got a lot of injuries & it felt like the staff didn't believe my child over incidents such as biting. One time I was essentially told it was my child's fault they got hurt as they didn't tell an adult! The communication became terrible & resulted in things like parents not being told about the weekly show & tell, my child trying to take in a toy each week, but me removing it from their bag due to the 'no toys from home' rule. Parents also weren't told that cups/bottles were removed & only open cups were used. My child's cup was lost, with no offer of a replacement. I seriously considered removing my child from the nursery, but as there were only a few months left before starting school, I chose to keep them there for their consistency & closure, instead moving their end date to ASAP. I found out after my child finished that there was a massive issue with violent behaviour in the pre school room. This was mainly centred around one child, but also a group of children. The nursery refused to take action on this child despite multiple parents raising safeguarding concerns after their children had been assaulted by said child. I registered my 2nd child at this nursery as it was the most convenient & trusted that the baby room would be fine. How wrong I was! My child, at the time, had some (very simple) dietary requirements & I was assured by management they could support this. I double checked this before my child started. However, on their first day, I became aware that NOTHING had been put into place. After lots of back & forth, I was told they couldn't support my child's dietary requirements & therefore their medical needs (discrimination). This was bizarre as they supported parents who chose veganism for their kids!! It was only after I complained to the owner, they agreed to support them. I found out that the setting doesn't use whole milk with any of the kids, despite this being advised by the NHS for years. I was told if my child needs whole milk, I must buy it & bring it to the nursery. I agreed as it felt like the only way, despite being an inconvenience, costing no more than the semi skimmed milk they buy & feeling it should be included in the fees. They later changed their minds & agreed to buy it themselves. On my child's 1st day, they had no food until lunch time, meaning they had nothing from dinner at 6pm the night before until 12pm the next day! I was furious. They messaged me at lunchtime asking where my child's bottle was & how many ounces of milk they have. This is despite me telling them they don't have a bottle - never has - & providing the cup they use for milk. They were over 1 year at this point so wouldn't need to count ounces! One time upon collection, my child had a poopy nappy. I complained to the manager & was assured it wouldn't happen again... It did the next week! It was such a strong smell that time that another parent commented on it. My child often came out with soaking wet socks & full wet nappies (despite having extras in their bag of both). My child also had an extremely high number of injuries at the nursery. At one point, we received an accident form every day. I eventually refused to sign them. One time they'd received a full set of teeth bite marks. When I questioned this, a staff member said "it's not our fault! We can't offer 1:1!". They let my child sleep over the allocated nap time regularly. They lost multiple items of clothing & gave us other kids clothes. 5 nappies disappeared each day, despite them only using 2 on my child per day. I requested meetings to discuss this with management multiple times, but they'd only offer times in the day-which doesn't work for working parents. My child has since moved nursery & I can trust those caring for them again.

Couldn't recommend them enough. My LO has been with Jelly Tots for about 3 years and what a wonderful ride it has been. She has developed and come out of her shell in the most wonderful ways. She made friends, learned about the world and slowly became a confident child, now so well prepared to face a new chapter in a new school. I am so proud of her and forever thankful to the practitioners that cared, taught and comforted her through the years, the management team for investing and continuously working towards outstanding results, the catering team for making amazing, delectable and diet specific meals for her and to all the helpers and behind the curtains people that help make the nursery a home away from home. If you are looking for a place for your child look no further. Jelly Tots are the best.

Very professional staff. In the time my younger person she has grown ,talks about the staff and children. The build is very good with safe carpark. Lovely out side play equipment. Never seen sad children. The staff are knowledgeable, nothing is to much trouble. They offer muddy play, road safety, singing imagination play as well as arts and craft. My little lady has also learn to sign. And will miss the nursery especially socialising with friends at meals times. Meals are very good as well.

My 1-year-old twins attend this nursery and I can highly recommend it. From day one we felt like part of the family, with the staff making me feel there’s no question too daft from a first-time-mum nervous of leaving her babies. There’s a wonderful sensory room, an app that shows us what they’re up to, the ability to see photos of their day and they come home every night with a diary of what they’ve done, which will be a lovely reminder for their memory boxes. Highly recommended
