Our ethos

With the right amount of input and faith in what individual children can achieve, with the use of self-exploration, the support of their peers and adults, all children here can achieve remarkable things - socially, emotionally and educationally. We reflect 'British Values' in all that we do at Just for Me, which reinforce mutual respect for others, a tolerance for other faiths, cultures and backgrounds, being able to say how you feel or what you want, and an understanding of wrong and right.

What it's like

Children enter the nursery happily and settle quickly on arrival. They develop warm and trusting bonds with their key person and the staff team. Children are clearly familiar with consistent daily routines, which helps them to feel safe and secure. Children are curious and excited to learn and are encouraged to be independent and do things for themselves.
