Our eldest daughter attended Snowflakes Day Nursery & Montessori for two years, finishing four years ago. After such a positive experience, we didn’t hesitate to send our second daughter, who has just completed four wonderful years at the nursery. The care and attention the staff show to both our daughters has been exceptional, even our eldest, who left years ago, is still warmly remembered.
The staff create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels happy, valued, and confident. They also provide fantastic support and understanding to parents, always listening and helping with any needs. They created a great foundation for Reception, helping them start school feeling ready and secure.
We speak not only from our own experience but also from what we’ve seen around us — the warmth, dedication, and consistency of care are truly outstanding. The wonderful experience and memories are not only ours as parents, but also our daughters’, who both have such happy memories of their time at Snowflakes Day Nursery & Montessori. My son started nursery at just 11 months old, and the changes in him since then have been absolutely amazing. At first, I was so worried about sending him at such an early age, but looking back now, I know it was the right decision. My son has been attending Snowflakes Nursery for the past year, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the care and support he has received. The growth we’ve seen in him both socially and developmentally has been amazing and he is well prepared to start school this September.
The staff are truly exceptional, warm, loving, and genuinely treat the children as if they were their own. There’s a real sense of family in the nursery, which has made it such a nurturing environment for my child.

This nursery is an absolutely exceptional place, full of warmth, understanding, and truly amazing people. From the very first day, I knew my son was in good hands — I never felt afraid or unsure about leaving him there.
The entire staff — from the teachers to the support team — shows incredible patience, kindness, and a truly individual approach to every child. That meant the world to us, because my son has special needs. Thanks to the care and support he received, he has changed so much for the better — he opened up, learned so much, and gained confidence.
Enrolling him here was the best decision I could have made as a parent. I always felt supported, never alone, and knew we could count on help and understanding at every step.
This nursery is not just a place of education — it's a loving, supportive community.

Snowflakes is an exceptional nursery. Both my children have attended the nursery over a period of 5 years and not once have I had any doubts as to their care and professionalism. I, much like other parents, are absolutely horrified by the negative reviews which sound like utter nonsense.
As a teacher myself, I was ruthless in my quest to find the perfect nursery for my children and believe me I visited many establishments in a range of areas and there simply was no comparison. The children at Snowflakes are extremely well looked after- the staff genuinely care and take great pains to teach and develop their skills in order to prepare them for school.
The nursery is very well managed; management ensure that the premises are maintained and are kept clean. There are a range of educational and Montessori toys to help child progress and development. Progress is mapped through detailed reports which are carefully written by staff. The activities are engaging and interesting and most importantly, the children are happy.
The staff do an amazing job- they tirelessly ensure that the ethos of the nursery is upheld- the children are the priority as is their safety and happiness. Both my children left the nursery being extremely well prepared for their future in Primary education. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of my boys- they both loved attending and undoubtedly are better individuals as a result.
