Peapods Early Learning Centre, located in Greenford, is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. The centre prides itself on working collaboratively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition for each child into the nursery setting.
This approach helps children feel secure and comfortable with both the staff and their new surroundings. Individual needs are carefully considered, and parents are encouraged to feel confident that their child's requirements will be met.
The centre allocates a key person to each child and family, either before the child starts or after an initial settling period, depending on what best suits the child. The initial settling-in sessions involve introducing the key person, gathering comprehensive information about the child through registration forms, "All About Me" questionnaires, and providing an overview of the nursery's policies and procedures.
Parents are invited to participate in short settling-in sessions with their child, gradually progressing to leaving their child for short periods. The staff are committed to comforting children if they become distressed and maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, including their relationships with peers and staff, participation in activities, familiarity with routines, and use of resources.

Inclusion & environment
Staff are passionate in ensuring that all children make rapid progress, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. To support children's language, staff provide intervention sessions using visual cards and language boxes to support vocabularies and early language.
The report does not provide specific details about the outdoor space or how children use it for physical play, focusing instead on indoor activities.
We are so grateful for all the support, care, and wonderful days our daughter has experienced. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear how much they truly care for the children. Every day she comes home happy, full of stories, We couldn’t have asked for a better environment for her to learn, grow, and feel safe. Thank you so much for everything you do!
Read on GoogleMy child was going to the nursery for a year ,a few times come back with some bruises and black eye..they just have to many children and don't have much time for looking all of them..most of the times he was unhappy after nursery because they won't play with him. They have also a bad manager. If you love your child don't send him/her to peapods early learning centre. It's the worst nursery I even seen
Read on GoogleI would give this place 6 stars if I could. My daughter Shiloh was very happy here. The teachers are very attentive and show a lot of care. A special shout out to Nicoletta who was my daughters teacher. My daughter looked forward to going to nursery and I was very sad when she had to leave. I recommend this nursery
Read on GoogleIf you love your child, don't put it in this place, Head teacher has very rude behaviour , Lovely friendly staff but I had to remove my children due to extremely poor hygiene, particularly with infection control and nappy change. Really uncomfortable place as the nursery is big however there is no one cares about the children learning skills, all the children do is playing by their own with the toys all day as the staff aren't read or teach them painting. when it comes to food most of the days is brand and toast ,and also children aren't encouraged to eat
Read on GoogleMy child has been going to this nursery since she was a baby. The staff are so nice and helpful. My child has learnt so much more than I expected. Thank you so much!
