  • Staff's well-being is a high priority, with individual well-being meetings and a staff kindness group boosting morale and ensuring staff feel supported.
  • Children are given choices in their play, such as voting for stories, and enjoy looking at books, with staff skilfully introducing feelings into stories.
  • Children's communication and language are well-supported from an early age, with staff encouraging sounds and words, introducing new vocabulary, and promptly addressing any speech and language gaps.

Areas to develop

  • 1consider the organisation of activities, to enable all children to fully participate and get the very best from their learning
  • 2review information sharing with parents, to ensure that they are always fully aware of their child's next steps in learning, and also which rooms children will be in before they arrive.

Absolutely fantastic nursery!my daughter is disabled and Luke and Ryan have been amazing making my daughter feel so welcome.nothing is ever to much trouble for this nursery and even though my daughter has her own support worker elsie is still treated the same as the other children and really enjoys her time with Nicola.couldn’t wish for a better nursery for my daughter. Update elsie has been attending the nursery since my first post and she absolutely loves it!! Nicola is absolutely fantastic with elsie and Elsies progress just keeps on growing due to Nicola and the other children interacting with her! Elsie is treated just the same as the other children and I’ve noticed a massive change in elsie.I will be for ever thankful and would recommend this nursery to anyone.Elsie was Discriminated due to her extra needs by another nursery but when I contacted kaleidoscope they went above and beyond for elsie and took her straight in and made her one of them that day!thank you all
