Great nursery my little girl loved it here and loved the teachers/carers that worked here especially Paige. Vicky and Emma were always great with my daughter and the other ladies but I don't know their names. Will send my 2nd child here happily!
Read on GoogleAs a parent you alway wish the best for your children and more so when you trust others with your child. Everyone at Kangaroo pouch ensures that your child is safe, having fun and learning. They encourage your child to learn and grow into wonderful and loving little people. You get great updates throughout the day with an online portal. You can see anything from learning reviews/report on your child, what they have eaten (and how much or little) activities during the day, and also wonderful pictures which really put your mind at easy. My child absolutely adores kangaroo pouch.his teachers and his friends. They have ensured every measure has been put into place to ensure that children staff and families are safe during covid and whilst not affecting there learning.
Read on GoogleMy son attended the nursery for 5 months. There were constantly little problems, like when I collected him the shoes he was wearing were 2 sizes too small. Then a bookshelf fell onto my son. It wasn’t secured to the wall, it happened in the morning and the staff only called me in the afternoon, they conducted an internal investigation which was full of inconsistencies and raised more questions than answered. They have no idea how it happened, nobody saw it, apparently cctv didn’t cover that bit. Thankfully he didn’t have serious injuries. I’m only sorry the young lady who happened not to have eyes in the back of her head got into trouble rather than the person responsible for inadequate risk assessment.
