Monday to Friday, sessions are from 9am until 12 midday and 12.30pm until 3.30pm. The nursery also provides wrap-around care, from 8am until 9am.
Wrap-around care is also available from 8am to 9am. The nursery received a 'Good' rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 26 May 2023.
Children at Mother Nature Childcare Ltd confidently explore their surroundings, showing high levels of engagement in self-chosen play, and benefit from a progressive curriculum designed by the manager. The dedicated team of friendly and nurturing staff are attuned to children's needs, fostering good behaviour and a positive attitude to learning.
The nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, with children making full use of opportunities to be physically active. Two-year-olds develop their balance navigating a steep bank and long grass, while pre-school children enjoy challenges like swinging from a suspended tyre.
The Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) is highly knowledgeable, making timely referrals and implementing personalised intervention plans for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The manager effectively uses additional funding to benefit these children.
