About this day nursery

Kenley Kindergarten is a private, family-owned nursery established in 2001 and located within the grounds of Kenley Primary School. It offers quality childcare for up to 45 children daily, ranging from 3 months to school age.

The nursery is open 51 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding bank holidays and Christmas. They provide full-time and part-time placements, as well as government-funded places for eligible 2-to-4-year-olds.

The dedicated and experienced staff team, many of whom are parents or grandparents themselves, are committed to continuous training and professional development, with a focus on building lasting relationships with families. The curriculum follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, emphasizing learning, development, and care from birth to school age.

They utilize the eyLog electronic system to facilitate active parental involvement by sharing children's daily activities, photos, and formal reports, including the 2-year check.

Our ethos

Our intention is to support all children in reaching their full potential to learn and to encourage self confidence, socials skills and independence. Our aim is to foster a 'can do' attitude and the ability to build positive relationships as a valued member of society, as well as having fun!

Kenley nursery has been great, my little boy goes there and has come on leaps and bounds in the time he has been there. The level of care towards the children is the best, I couldn’t ask for better. He always has a good time and always leaves with a smile on his face. Highly recommend.

Kenley kindergarten has been an exceptional nursery to all 3 of my children with my eldest being 13 to my youngest who is currently there. They go above and beyond to make sure the children thrive which I have really noticed in my youngest, the progress I have seen it’s unbelievable! The staff are great and I always know my child is going to be safe and looked after, he loves going to nursery. I would highly recommend to anyone looking.
