Mealtimes are also seen as a learning opportunity, with healthy, home-cooked food prepared fresh daily, and children encouraged to develop independence, from babies holding spoons to older children serving themselves and washing their hands. The curriculum is ambitious and tailored to every child's needs and interests, especially supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. For example, staff swiftly address any gaps in learning. Children who speak English as an additional language and those who need support with their communication and language development make good progress. Leaders provide appropriate training for staff to strengthen their skills and to meet the needs of children who need additional support.
Staff ensure that children receive daily opportunities to be outside, where they develop many skills. Children develop their physical skills indoors and outdoors.
I can’t speak highly enough of Kiddiwinks Day Nursery .From the moment we enrolled my daughter, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and truly dedicated to the children’s wellbeing and development. My daughter has flourished in their nurturing environment, and I’ve seen such positive changes in her confidence, social skills, and love for learning. The facilities are bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and there are so many fun and educational activities for the little ones. It’s clear that Kiddiwinks Day Nursery is a place where children are valued and supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience my daughter had there and would recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their child.
