My little one has been attending for 1.5 years now and our experience with Kids Inc has been great! Staff are very affectionate with the children. We've had a few issues recently with LO not wanting to leave the house in the mornings; he'd be crying in the car but then would start shouting happily as soon as he sees the manager (Sana) open the front door! Very reassuring to see as a parent! Also think it's great that food is cooked on-site and we still get online updates on toileting and how much he's eaten via the app, even though he's a toddler now. A friend said their nursery gets pre-prepared food delivered daily and they also stopped giving updates after the child turned 2. Very happy overall!

Very caring staff and my child’s key workers are very informative. The manager (Sana) has been very informative and supportive with my child settling into their first childcare setting. Without the staff and managers, I wouldn’t have been able to cope from September! As this is my first child left at a day care!

My child was in the settling-in phase at this nursery but had to miss one session due to illness. I tried to reschedule, but the staff made no effort to accommodate this or check whether we still intended to continue with the placement. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls, I received no response. I was later told this was due to an internet outage, which I found quite unacceptable. For a large franchise nursery, there should be proper procedures in place to keep parents informed in such situations. They could have used the parent app, updated their website, or posted on social media. None of these options were used. What concerned me most was the complete lack of follow-up regarding my child's wellbeing. No one from the nursery contacted me to check in, which raised serious safeguarding concerns. It gave the impression that the nursery was more focused on taking deposits and tying families into contracts than genuinely caring for children. I am giving two stars because the nursery building itself is nice, and the children’s menu looked impressive. I also met the chef, who was very friendly and clearly passionate about their work. However, the management team came across as unprofessional and seemed inexperienced in running a childcare setting, regardless of how confident they appeared. I did eventually receive my deposit back, and looking back, I’m relieved that my child did not end up attending this nursery.
