Taking my daughter out of this nursery was the best decision. Staff don’t have a clue and were quite rude about my daughter’s walking skills. No sympathy. I dread to think what they say behind my back. It’s also not very clean and my daughter kept getting sick.
Read on GoogleMy grandson attends kid planet and we are so pleased we choose the correct placement for him. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly and he loves to spend time with them. The manager is beyond brilliant, she is kind, thoughtful, she cares for all the children and their family's. She doesn't just stay in the office she makes herself present and joins in with all the fun had by all. I have full confidence in them when I leave my precious boy in their capable hands.
Read on GoogleThe staff at Kids Planet Apley are not only incredible kind and welcoming. They strive for our children's greatness and learning. My son has come out of his shell an immense amount since being apart of Kids Planet Apley. I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else. The manager is incredible with a great amount of patience and decorum.
Read on GoogleNo option for zero stars.Very poor unprofessional management. Daughter was absent for 2 days. I called to ask why no one has contacted home (as per policy states they call home on day of absence) I was told that the preschool leader is not up to date with Kids Planet Policy as she has returned from maternity leave. This is frightening as policy is for safeguarding. I'm so glad my daughter will never return as the management of the establishment is toxic. And this feeds down to some staff. My son had to leave holiday club as staff and management did not give him his prescribed medication. I was told by a member of staff 'he didn't look like he needed it to be fair' To highlight their further incompetence they wrongly identified my son's medication as out of date. Management still agreed to administer as 'it's only a week out of date'. No communication to let me know any of the above what happened. They could have caused medical problems if it was out of date. High turnover of staff throughout my daughters time here. Have been told by staff of the toxic management culture and management brief staff on parents that they need to watch out for. Avoid.
Read on GoogleRude staff who like to damage the windscreen wiper on my transporter t5 at 55 pounds. Trying to say you have to pay for parking, but try as i may. i couldn't find any signs to support the claim. I'll be pursuing a claim. Now, they have stated that vehicles will be clamped. There are no signs saying clamping in operation.
