Fantastic! The Team at Perfect start are brilliant! Really nurturing to the children in their care, excellent at tackling (and heading off) any problems that come up, unbelievably good, varied imaginative play ideas they concoct for the kids. Great sense of community. If I ever get crazy enough to have another one, they are coming here! Especially grateful to the staff for putting up with all of my "dad jokes." Food always smells cracking too!

My 3 year old boy has been at Perfect Start since he was 10 months old, my daughter has recently started at 9 months old. We've always had such a positive experience and both children have such lovely bonds with so many of the staff. My boy bounces up and down when he arrives and really looks forward to it. They regularly mix up the toys/activities in the room keeping it fresh for the kids. They've always been accommodating if they've got space for an extra day if I've needed it too.

My daughters have been attending Perfect Start since it opened - we've been so pleased with our choice. The staff are really responsive and professional. Perfect Start provide regular progress updates and give children such a lovely experience - would definitely recommend.

My son really enjoys nursery, he is very fond of his care professionals and friends he has made, he knows them all by name. I’m often impressed with the food they serve and how they nurture and educate the children. They provide regular updates on ParentZone that we love logging on to read.

Bad experience. Outside space may look fancy but don’t be fooled, the staff there cant be bothered to put sun cream on our children and keep them locked inside all day. I was promised they would be outside 2x a day without fail, but learnt this wasn’t happening. Staff are rude and you can tell defensive / lying to your face about things. They refused to deal with an issue of feeding my son foods he was allergic to even after repeatedly bringing it up. Young staff with repeated covid cases, I didn’t feel safe as they were obviously not taking their job and responsibility to keep others safe seriously. Unfortunately our personal lives are mixed with our professional ones these days. Site Manager and Area Manager rude with little resolution or apology for issues raised. During settles my son cried and staff just watched him crying frozen on the spot and did nothing to comfort him. Some staff were good to be fair to them but others were not and were not called up for their poor behaviour / treatment of my son. I had to pull him out as it felt like sending him to jail every day in a room with no windows smaller than his home living space, inhumane. I don’t recommend.
