Staff turnover is high but that’s a sector issue, not a starfish issue. There have been lots of improvements recently with clear structure and learning activities and I feel like her development is a priority. Starfish is a fantastic nursery and we've loved it since day one! It is run by people who want to create the most supportive and welcoming space for families, and have worked hard to make each room imaginative and creative. I would highly recommend this nursery for anyone who wants their child to be safe, happy and nurtured by a wonderful team!
