The nursery is deeply involved in its local community, regularly organising visits to Lytham Hall, Home Farm, and the beach, as well as adventures to the Windmill and Fylde Rugby Club, providing meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

Kids Planet Lytham Lodge also offers a popular After School and Holiday Club, including convenient after-school collections from Lytham Hall Park Primary School, creating a safe, supportive, and fun-filled space for creativity and friendship.

The setting is highly ambitious for these children and goes above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met. This includes finding innovative ways of working with other agencies. The setting provides extensive training for staff, to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills they need to provide effective support to each child. Children with SEND make significant progress in their development from their starting points.

Outdoor space

The inspectors observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

Lytham Lodge is truly a home away from home! The team here go above and beyond for the children, and it shows—my son absolutely loves going. They are always doing such lovely activities and organising fantastic outings that keep the children inspired and having fun. The manager is fantastic, very hands on and her dedication shines through. It is such a relief to find a place that is so dedicated to the children's happiness. I can’t recommend them enough!
