Two years ago, we were struggling to find a nursery for our daughter Hiba. Local nurseries either said they couldn’t meet her needs or had no space. Then we found Kids Planet Mosley and everything changed. From the beginning, the team welcomed Hiba with warmth, compassion and open arms. They not only gave her a place but gave her the care and support she truly needed. We want to give our heartfelt thanks to every single member of staff who worked with Hiba. they came into Costa made lots of noise and just wanted to try and have a coffee and a drink in peace and group of nursery kids came in to go to space where we were sitting so just felt a bit uncodable that we moved it was just really loud and we were struggling to focus. Of course bring the kids out but book a table in coffee one all the places don’t just turn up and take over the whole of the coffee shop where people are trying to get on no respect for the residents.

Initially we looked at several nurseries locally, Peepo - later kids planet gained our trusted support for childcare during the working day for quite a few years. The staff/team are everything in this challenging environment, looking after groups of children age 1-4 (not easy) several experienced staff to support the next generation.

My child doesn't go to this childcare but I saw them on playground in Swanshurt Park. The three caretakers were not looking after the children when I came in with my son. I put my son on the swings as one of the children came very quickly behind him and i was afraid of them getting hurt as the child was unsupervised so i put my child on the swings. Then they put another child next to him and the child kept asking me to push them as the caretaker didn't come back to push her. I had to tell her when the child wanted out as the child was just left stuck in toddler swing. Then when I was pushing my son on the swings one of the nursery children came up from behind and almost got hurt with the swing my son was on. The caretakers were 10 meters away and were not looking as telling the child to watch out! The child could have hurt his back had he had fallen but got only lightly hit with my sons shoes as i stopped the swings and the child. Meanwhile one caretaker was taking care of the set of the children giving them snacks, another just SITTING the WHOLE time on one of the playground contraptions and chatting, another would just be sometimes there sometimes not. When I told her off for not keeping an eye on the children and that I wanted to report the nursery she just shook her head and didnt say which nursery they are from and just left with children. Had they took the advice to be more careful with chidlren I would have been okay with just calling the nursery, but with this attitude I dont think they will change their ways. I do not take my children to daycare exactly because of this. I would imagine if i was a parent leaving my child in this nursery or if i was considering i would want to know this. Be careful which nursery you choose for your precious child.

Horrible staff members, made my kids come home crying and treated my eldest daughter (14) with incredible disrespect,I don’t recommend
