Bright Swans has been incredible for my son since he joined just before turning one. He settled in thanks to the warm and caring staff—especially Holly, Shah, and the baby room team. He loves it so much, he doesn't want to come home! The nursery is clean, secure, and full of love. Great communication, healthy meals, and lovely updates with photos. I’m so proud of his progress. Huge thanks to the whole team—10/10. Highly recommended to any parent looking for quality childcare!

Lost for words. My son joined just under the age of 1 and at first wouldn't settle as first time leaving mommy and joining a new environment and meeting new people. But I've got to say Holly and Shah have been very welcoming and kind to my son. And especially the teachers in baby room.. My son loves attending the nursery and at pick up time my son doesn't want to go home as he is having so much fun and he is only a baby that shows how much he loves being at the nursery. My son sometimes says bye to me lol. which makes me as a mom so happy that my son loves being their but also so sad that my son doesn't want to come home. I love the nursery as it is very clean, warm and secure for my little one. He has improved alot since attending Bright Swans as he is babling and even learning to crawl. I love that the staff have great communication and are always giving lovely feedback. The managers are also so loving and bubbly to my son. I get day to day communication on how my son has been during the day and also recieve beautiful pictures sent from management. Their are no complaints from me what so ever as im so happy with how my son is getting on at the nursery. My son is starting to say his teachers name which is so cute. I would recommend this nursery 100 percent to any moms or dads who are looking for a nursery for their child to join. The management prepare such lovely and healthy meals and when my son doesn't eat something the management cater to ensure my son has something to eat in which he likes. But I would highly recommend Bright Swans and I thank all the baby staff and especially the management for all the help and support that u are doing with my son. I'm a super proud mommy of the achievement I see via whatsapp and nursery in a box. This is the first nursery I've put my son in and I'm super happy with the results. Well done ladies for all your hard work and thank you so much for everything you do. 10/10. If anyone is looking for childcare come to bright swans you will not be disappointed xx

My daughter has been attending the nursery for almost eight months now and they have been absolutely lovely with her. She usually doesn't like meeting or interacting with strangers and needed a little bit more time to adjust, which was gracefully allowed. They are really flexible with the schedule which helped us a lot as my wife has a changing schedule. The staff are really friendly and always update us about everything. The rooms are very neat and clean. There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities for the children. The food hygiene is excellent. My daughter smoothly transitioned to solid foods without any problems and they were very accommodating of her needs. They care for her like their own. Shabila and Bia are exceptional and as are all the other staff who are not mentioned here. Finally, Shah is very approachable and welcomes any questions we have. All communications are timely and very clear.I am really thankful for their sincere efforts towards my child's care and would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely nursery. My son has been attending since he was just under 1 years old and is now just over 2. Staff are patient and kind and treat him as the little individual person he is. They go the extra mile for him (even putting extra effort to help him sleep). They take the children on trips out when possible and my little boy looks forward to nursery to 'see Sat' (the lovely nursery manager) each Thursday and Friday :)
