Katie, the nursery manager, was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. During the tour, she provided us with extensive information about the nursery's daily routine, the quality of education, and how they maintain the child's voice and the parent's wishes, which I believe is a quality that every parent would desire and that this nursery possesses.
