When it comes to taking a discussion for our little daughter, we are the type of patient who really does our research and takes our time with it. We chose Wallsend Day Nursery after visiting several nurseries in Newcastle, and we are so glad we did. Very helpful and supportive, and always looks after our daughter. We had an issue before when our doghter didn't want to go to the nursery any longer, and we talked with her Key worker, who was so supportive. She helped us and solved the problem for us by making us a book with pictures of the things our doghter likes the most in the nursery. And that was a fantastic idea. I would strongly recommend this nursery because it has an excellent and professional management team, as well as a helpful, professional, and friendly staff. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism, Wallsend Day Nursery. N.Al-shammari
Read on GoogleI wanted to enroll my son for 15 free hours, but unfortunately we were treated very badly. There was no contact from the nursery. I did not receive any help with the formalities, only an e-mail that my child was not accepted for this term.
Read on GoogleExcellent Friendly staff. Always very attentive to my son. He loves going there
Read on GoogleMy daughter went here for about 4 months, very happy bubbly child she was 3 at the time. Had been in a few nursery’s prior and I felt uncomfortable they didn’t update the apps. I moved her to this one feeling confident and they told me they’d update the app ect. I had a look around everything was great. However my child started going here and her confidence dropped, she was very upset every time I picked her up and didn’t want to talk. She came back one time very upset and sad and mentioned she had been kicked and punched by someone called Chloe. Fed baby food even though she was older. I felt disgusted. I called the police however they said the cameras didn’t gave where they said it happened. They also tried to say my daughter was a liar after they stole her teddy and put it in a “ box” away from her. Along side this I also went to pick her up and they told me they didn’t recognise me and hid my child from me, even though she had been there over a month. I’d you have children please I beg you, don’t send them here
