Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are highly valued, promptly identified and consistently well supported within the setting. Robust systems ensure that SEND needs are identified at the earliest opportunity and that children receive timely, well-coordinated support. Individual support plans are clear, purposeful and consistently implemented by knowledgeable staff, enabling children to make meaningful progress. Staff work collaboratively with leaders and a range of external professionals to secure appropriate specialist support and funding, ensuring that strategies are carefully tailored to meet each child's individual needs. This inclusive approach effectively meets the needs of disadvantaged children, those currently or previously known to children's social care, and those facing additional barriers to learning and wellbeing. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported very well in the setting. Staff work closely with external professionals and parents to ensure children are valued and to promote engagement and inclusion.
Outdoor space
Children make progress in their physical development. For example, they balance on stepping stones and climb on tyres. Staff plan the curriculum outdoors to meet the needs of all children, supporting their physical development and coordination. Children participate in physical activities, such as jumping on stepping stones and climbing on obstacle courses outside.

Since this is my sons last week at little rascals I thought id leave a review, my son started at 1 and is leaving at almost 5 (September child) I can honestly say in the years he's been there we have never had a single problem, every staff member has been absolutely amazing and so caring and supportive of our son they have brought him on so much even with his speech delay and he's absolutely loved his time here! You are all absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend little rascals enough if he could stay forever I'm sure he would ❤️

Little Rascals nursery is truly amazing! The difference in our little boy from when he started to now (just 1 year later) is fantastic, not only does he thoroughly enjoy himself now going but his speech, language and creativity has really shone through. This was hands down the best decision we’ve made and can’t wait to send our next one here too. Very happy parents and can’t speak highly enough of all of the staff members and the setting.

My daughter has been at the nursery for almost a year now, and we’ve had a great experience. One thing that really impressed me was the app they use—we can easily keep track of her diet, weekly activities, feedback, and even billing. I didn’t expect that level of visibility/functionality, it’s been super helpful. The staff are all amazing. You can really tell they care about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. They follow tailored developmental plans, making sure each child is learning and growing in in a healthy way. It means a lot to us that they put so much care into what they do. Every day my daughter comes home happy, and some days, she doesn’t even want to leave with me!

Rascals have been amazing with both of my children. My Daughter attended up until starting school and then so did my Son. The staff are very attentive, patient and kind. The children have lots of fun daily whilst also working towards next stages in development and learning. I would put Rascals forward first to anyone asking for a recommendation.

Little Rascals has been the best experience we could have wished for, for a nursery provider. Choosing who you leave your children with can be the most uncomfortable decision but having found this nursery we could not be happier. Having chosen a previous nursery and not having a great experience, Little Rascals was like a breath of fresh air. Our little girl has developed incredibly well attending here. The communication is excellent and you are never left unsure about a thing. The staff are so engaged, it shows in every aspect of the care they provide. The team at Little Rascals should be so proud of themselves! Could not recommend more!
