How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders have good oversight of the assessments that staff make of children's learning, which helps them to identify any emerging gaps in development at the earliest stage. The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) receives targeted training and support to help her in her role. She works with key persons to develop children's individual plans with advice from outside agencies. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well.

Outdoor space

Children have many opportunities to be active. Babies are supported to strengthen their core muscles needed to sit up, pull to standing and walk independently. Staff provide resources to encourage children to use their strength as they carry and push heavy objects. Children demonstrate good physical skills as they confidently attempt to walk across balance beams.

Took my child here for 4 sessions on the dates they gave me to send her in on funded sessions, to then be told after her sessions a week later when I got a bill that it wasn't term time. They now repeatedly email me statements to charge me for there mistake. Multiple times I've tried to talk to people with no communication from management or response. Every parent has a code into the building so anyone could go in the building if given the code. We removed her on safety reasons and moved to a different nursery. They had 4 weeks notice and which I took her out early so they were funded for 4 weeks with no child and still have the cheek to keep sending me a bill and not even try to call me about it. If they new my child was funded then they should have a list off children in that day and should off said to me sorry its not term time she's not booked in, instead off taking her for 2 days and not saying anything. Repeatedly told them they have the wrong address for me and still havnt changed it. Ridiculous.

This is such a great nursery all staff are wonderful and so helpful if you need anything they are more then welcome to meet your needs and support the best they can. My son has been here 3 weeks and is an active child and really high in education development but he struggled to socialise with other children his age due to covid and within 3 weeks of being here my son has over come that fear talks and plays with all children his age in and out of nursery and has become so confident in himself and his speech is more clear now aswell I have to say a massive thank you and well done to this nursery.
