Pricing & funding

Fees are charged on a daily rate basis, split by age bands for under and over three-year-olds. Rates are all-inclusive, covering care, meals, snacks, infant formula, nappies, wipes, and extracurricular activities. Discounts are available for siblings and full-time attendance.

Kinderzimmer has provided a fantastic environment for our daughter. As a new nursery the facilities are in great condition and despite being new we did not notice any major teething problems when we joined. Our daughter has attended KZ for the last year, over which time her relationship with staff has blossomed and she has developed all the core skills you would hope. Most importantly, staff have been very caring - Lola (our daughter's key worker, and an absolute star), Laura and Alisha in the baby room have all be great, and across the whole nursery staff are very personable and attentive to the needs of children and parents.

My child was told verbally we were almost certainly going to get a reserved spot since we had come in and placed our deposit almost a year in advance of the start date. Closer to the period of the start date I checked in sporadically and was again reassured that nothing had changed. I was beginning to make plans with my family on next steps and new routines and of course the return to work. In all honesty it’s been an awful experience dealing with this nursery. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone; the handling of my daughter’s situation was managed badly and only resolved when I pursued a decision. Whilst I realise this wasn’t down to the every day staff; the handling of decisions made from senior management weren’t at all communicated to potential nursery users. When I did ask for feedback I was fobbed off with empty sentiments which all resulted in concluding; profits were placed before people; in stark contrast with Kinderzimmers ‘philosophy.’ The manager Ann-Marie was nowhere to be found and was unavailable on the phone despite being told I would be called back on the phone. I am pleased my child won’t be attending this nursery.

This is an amazing nursery. We as a family just love everything, from the care to our little one, the facilities and daily activities to the communication with us parents. The staff is very loving and caring and the outdoor space with the sandpit is beautiful. The curriculum is thoughtful, creative and fun. Kinderzimmer truly is a home from home. Big shout out to Ann-marie, the community manager and all the rest of the team.

I have had some really brilliant care here, and whenever I've needed an urgent appointment I've been able to get one. Reception staff have gone out of their way to help me and the doctors have been genuinely kind and supportive. The new practice building is a lovely space and seems well maintained. Thank you so much for everything you do.
