Kinderzimmer Walton-on-Thames provides an all-inclusive daily fee covering extended hours from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, nutritious meals, snacks, formula for infants, nappies, wipes, and engaging extracurricular activities. The day nursery operates 51 weeks a year, with closures only for bank holidays, staff development days, and the week between Christmas and New Year.

A minimum attendance of two full days per week is required, including either a Monday or Friday. Discounts are offered for siblings (8% for the eldest child) and for full-time attendees (10% for five days a week), though these discounts cannot be combined.

Invoices are issued by the 20th of each month for the upcoming month, with payments due by the 1st via direct debit. Fees are reviewed annually in July, with adjustments applied from September, and in January with adjustments applied from April.

The day nursery offers free settling-in sessions and requires a non-refundable registration fee of £200, followed by a refundable deposit of £400 upon accepting a place. Government funding schemes and Tax-Free Childcare are accepted, and the nursery works with families to apply these where eligible.

Ad-hoc days are available subject to demand at the standard daily rate.

Pricing & funding

Fees are structured as a standard daily rate based on two age groups: under threes and over threes. The nursery operates for 51 weeks of the year, with fees averaged into 12 monthly payments. Rates are fully inclusive of all meals, snacks, infant formula, nappies, wipes, and extracurricular activities.
