Inclusion & environment
Staff work closely with other professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They have targeted plans in place to meet their individual needs, including implementing strategies to support children's communication skills.
Children enjoy spending time outdoors. Children in the baby room show their physical skills when they begin to climb over wooden ramps in the garden. Staff stay close to them for support and to promote their safety.
I can't rate this nursery enough. Both my children went here for 15 months. I thought my eldest enjoyed his first nursery until he went here. He flourished and really grew in confidence so much. All the staff are so genuine, helpful and kind. The communication between nursery staff and parents is great. The manager cannot help you enough. The kids eat really well and the nursery building and garden offers a lot more space for the older ones than some other nurseries. Putting my kids in here was the best thing I ever did for their development.
Read on GoogleWe feel incredibly lucky that our son attends Kindred White Post, 3 days a week. The staff are absolutely amazing, they work so hard and put in so much effort with all the children, our son is so happy going to nursery and coming home he always has a big smile on his face. The food is amazing, our son has a well balanced and varied diet at kindred white post and there is a good variety of activities to facilitate fun learning, there are trips to the farm next door regularly which our son thoroughly enjoys! The staff are excellent at communicating any concerns or anything that has happened that you need to be aware of and take time to speak with you at pick up time about your child's day. If you are thinking of sending your child to nursery we cannot recommend Kindred White Post enough, we think they are outstanding at what they do and we are so happy with the excellent care our son receives!
Read on GoogleAbsolutely amazing nursery, I am a previous nursery manager myself so choosing a nursery to leave my son at without me being there was very nerve racking however from the moment I walked into this nursery and met the staff I just knew that was the place I wanted him to go. My son was also nervous about going to a nursery for the first time without me however with the great support of the staff he settled better than I could ever of imagined. I could not recommend this nursery any more if I tried. All the staff have been out of this world with supporting both me and my son, they all go above and beyond their roles. All aspects of his development have come on tremendously and he has such an amazing bond with the staff there. Huge thank you to all the staff at kindred white post!
Read on GoogleThe staff at Kindred Nursery White Post are absolutely amazing! The management are so understanding and supportive of any issues ongoing at home, they keep you informed regularly of your child's progress and any changes that are due to occur via the app. All the staff engage with the children with warmth and empathy, when my son leaves in July I will be very sad to leave them behind. My son absolutely adores his key worker who goes above and beyond for him as much as she can, entertaining his little quirks which I really appreciate. My son has developed from a toddler to a little boy whilst at nursery! He's become so confident and will now socialise with children out and about of his own accord which is amazing as he has always been shy with him being an only child! The nursery takes the children to the farm which is amazing and they also have extracurricular activities such as dance, tennis, parents' breakfast and they recently did an Africa day exposing the children to the African culture. The transition from Alphabet House to Kindred went smoothly and any queries answered in a timely manner. I honestly can't thank the manager and the team enough for everything they have done!
Read on GoogleOur little one has attended Kindred White Post for two days a week for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with the experience she's had. The building itself is an excellent environment, providing a safe, welcoming, and vibrant space. The rooms and outdoor areas have always seemed well-organised, filled with stimulating things for her to do. The staff at Kindred White Post have been brilliant. They have been very creative and engaging. Their approach has been hands-on and interactive, which has helped her develop her learning. Over the past two years, we've seen significant growth in her social skills, creativity, and overall knowledge, thanks to the efforts of the staff here. She has enjoyed the things that they have done and she has also learned so much from taking part. The days when she's visited White Post Farm with the staff have always had her chatting happily about the animals she's seen - this is a real bonus that would be difficult to get from other providers. I'd highly recommend White Post to any parent looking for a nursery place. The care, attention, and quality of the provision has always been fantastic. Our little one will miss it a lot. And so will we.
