Terrible place to leave your kid even for a few hours- stay away! The management team is aweful, ignorant and ineffective- especially the so-called office manager, Jo. That woman has zero interpersonal skills and I kept seeing her assimilating teachers, parents and other kids with mean/nasty attitude. I withdrew my application after a few weeks of experiencing poor treatment of my kid in all fronts. When I dropped off my kid, they would not let me leave a note for the teacher or ask questions. They have no interest in building a happy relationship with parents. They have a big TV in the toddlers room that is on loud speakers to pacify the kids in the morning. The teachers seemed nice but they are not free to take initiative when it comes to act fair. It is really a weird place. I even filed a complaint to Islington County to run another check on their Ofsted rating. How is it possible that they got a good rating with this terrible management and poor treatment of kids?? It is really fishy. Oh also, every time I was there to drop off my kid, I saw several kids having issues settling and crying on top of their lungs, but the teachers would just ignore it and would treat is as normal. No emphaty or creative/caring way of adapting the kids into the environment. They are forceful and look clueless in how to handle kids. This place certainly needs a proper inspection! I hope their next report reflects the truth. Fingers crossed and good luck!
