A few months ago, I would’ve probably only given 3 stars as there were a few staff resourcing challenges which caused issues with compressed nursery hours and the chopping and changing of staff, which was frustrating when your little ones had just gotten used to them, and delays in progress and app updates. We even considered leaving at one point. I’m so glad we didn’t!! Right now, I couldn’t be happier with the Nursery. The staff they have are absolutely fantastic, You feel they really care for the children, and always look to be having so much fun with them via the photos on the app. We find as well, when discussing with other parents at other nurseries, ours is so much more accommodating and flexible. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Transferred from another Coop nursery to Islington. All the staff has been very welcoming and feels like a 2nd home. In the month & a half that my son has been at the nursery I found he has improved a lot thank you to the staff. I can’t stop praising you enough of how good this nursery is to friends and family. Thank you again to all the staff and management for making us welcome

The hours are long and price is very reasonable, and staff is caring in general. However, There is a lot of room to improve - with the 1:3 staff: infant ratio, kids are still not well attended. Conveying a message is also hard- the meal plan change took a few days to complete and our infant was starved to crying. They also have a great app but it takes 3 days to update a nappy change/ meal— by then it wouldn’t really matter anymore.

Horrible. Nursery manager Amanda extremely rude and lazy. Nursery staff equally as lazy, pretend to engage with your child when you enter the room but as soon as you leave they instantly ignore the child to chat away with eachother, I witnessed this several times by pretending to walk up the stairs and actually staying to watch. My child's nappy was hardly ever changed and no support was given to my child's extra needs. We stayed 1 term before I completely changed nurseries. Would give minus stars if I could.
