The staff go above and beyond to ensure kiddos feel safe and included. Really friendly approachable and communicative key workers who are understanding of requests for helping your kids settle or learnbif struggling in any way. Mine has been all the way through to preschool here and always talks about the staff with such joy. Very quick to respond to emails too. They include a bunch of really fun stuff through the year like sports day, outsourced sports coaches and outdoor teaching. On a couple of occasions mines been on outings. The grounds are really good for outdoor play. Feel lucky to have found this nursery and honestly can't recommend it enough.

My three children have all attended Kingsmead and I have been absolutely thrilled with the nursery. It's efficient and well run, the staff are so dedicated and caring, the indoor and outdoor facilities are superb, the food is nutritious and my children have been so happy there. Kingsmead has prepared them incredibly well for school. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. I do have experience of other nurseries as my children went to 2 other nursery settings but Kingsmead was definitely the best.

My son has been going to Kingsmead from just before 18 months old. As is expected it took a while for him to get used to being left there, however the staff have always been fantastic. He's moved from the baby to toddler room with minimal fuss after a transition period and is always happy to go in when we drop him off. The facilities are just excellent, particularly the back garden which, when it's dry, the kids can explore (it's big and exciting enough to say explore!). As this is our first experience with a nursery it's hard to compare, but we get a daily update on how he's done, including the food he's had which is all cooked in the nursery. I think the prices are fairly comparable to others as we looked at another before we went with Kingsmead. My wife and I have been really happy with everything the staff have done, they really are a lovely group!
