The staff are highly qualified, with a collective experience of 70 years in childcare and education, and are committed to continuous training. They aim to build strong bonds with each child, tailoring their approach to individual hobbies, interests, likes, and dislikes to aid their learning journey.
Peter Pan Pre-School maintains a minimum staff-to-child ratio of 1:4 for 2-3 year olds and 1:8 for children aged 3 and above, ensuring constant safety, security, and engagement. The preschool operates during term times, offering sessions from 9 am to 3 pm.

Fees are charged at a flat hourly rate. Parents can register their child for any number of sessions, but scheduled sessions must be attended in full.

Inclusion & environment
This includes children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and children with English as an additional language. Staff support children with SEND well. They attend training to ensure that their knowledge is current. Regular monitoring and discussions help to ensure that children's individual next steps are appropriate. Staff work well with other agencies. This helps to ensure that children have their needs identified at the earliest opportunity and make progress in their development.
Staff support children's physical development well. For example, children enjoy riding on the bicycles in the outside play area.
