I just saw this report on BBC News, and it appears to involve the same company. It reminded me of the concerns I had a couple of years ago, when Ofsted closed the setting after its inspection. At the time, I felt that both managers, John Jackson and Jordan, handled the situation very poorly. There were also serious safeguard issues regarding the treatment of children and the way information was communicated to parents. Some can be found in the Ofsted report.

A very good nursery. Safe, clean and the staff are great with my son and he always looks forward to going in the morning and he is always having a great time when I pick him up . The manager Kirsty is very professional and focused on the child/family's need and I would therefore highly recommend this nursery.

A lovely local nursery with everything we could have asked for. We had to pick a nursery during the height of covid for a child that hadn't experienced much of the world let alone social environments. The staff were welcoming and completely supportive of ours and our daughters needs. She had a longer and fully supported settling in where the team worked hard to find things that comforted her in those early days. Now shes often sent home with stories of fun in the garden or paintings and songs they've done during the day. Fast forward a year and we have a very happy, chatty and confident little girl who struts into the nursery building like its a second home. We love the rural location of the nursery, backing on to fields and horses, where they've enjoyed lovely walks whatever the weather. Newly renovated and refreshed management has brought new life into the nursery and we are looking forward to having our youngest join the nursery later in the year. Keep up the good work team!

Superb nursery set back from the busy road, surrounded by fields, paddocks, horses and nature. The staff have all been friendly, professional and trustworthy. My son loves going to Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford; he has made great friendships with children and the staff. The meals are freshly prepared on site (my son won’t have broccoli at home because he only eats nursery broccoli!). He always comes home with stories of his day, telling us of the walks up the lane. He is going to be sad to leave to move on to school but his baby brother is starting next month so he’ll isn’t often.

10/08/2021 Ofsted rating is now inadequate for this place. This is what it deserves... Made a complaint on 29/03/2021 regarding one staff (assistant manager) in breach of child safeguarding rules and procedures. It took them over 20 days to come back with no actions. Most staff are nice and friendly, but one or two are really not trust-able to me. Would have let my little one stay there until school if no safeguarding issues/ concerns. But it happened, so had to move to another nursery 4 months before going to school. To me, overall, terrible management, terrible communications, unsafe place for my child.
