Leaders have extremely high aspirations for all children and monitor their progress with precision, identifying individual needs swiftly. Referrals to agencies for early support, such as for speech and language, are prioritised, ensuring children receive the right support at the right time. Leaders carefully consider how additional funding is used to help children needing targeted support. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities make continual progress from their starting points. Information from parents about SEND is used at the start to help children settle quickly.
Children relish daily outdoor play adventures and are curious learners. Staff lead games to develop counting skills, and older children develop coordination and spatial awareness on trikes. Staff model ball-catching, with children showing high levels of concentration until they succeed.
My son has been going here since the new year and I’m extremely pleased with the nursery. I was hesitant as he was only 9 months old at the time but I was at ease as soon as I saw the environment and lovely staff. Staff communicate excellently with parents on the app, no need to fear about asking questions as they reply as soon as they can, photos provided daily. After the first couple of weeks my son settled in amazingly and now loves it, good home meals are provided and he is still cared for as a baby and not forced to grow up! 10/10 for this nursery and very pleased my son will be continuing on here❤️
