About this day nursery

Kingsworthy Early Years Centre Limited, operating since 2022, provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children aged 3-4 years thrive. 30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, the dedicated staff are committed to building strong, positive relationships with every child, ensuring they feel settled and secure.

Children are encouraged to make choices about their learning, contributing ideas and suggestions that shape the curriculum. The nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, where children are supported to assess risks and make decisions, fostering responsibility for their own learning.

For example, children collaboratively use sand and water with wheelbarrows and a range of equipment to pour, dig, lift, and transport materials safely. Parents consistently express extreme happiness with the care their children receive, and appreciate access to a lending library that offers resources on common developmental topics.

The nursery also has robust provisions for Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities, with a coordinator who works swiftly with other services to implement supportive strategies when a child requires additional assistance, ensuring inclusive and tailored care for all.

If you are in two minds about sending your toddler here - Don't be. Like all parents we were nervous about sending our son to school for the first time but we couldn't have been more happy with our decision. My son has some problems with his speech development which could potentially caused him issues when he moves up to primary but my son's teachers (in particular Amber and Olivia) have been brilliant with him, even going over and above the call of duty to help him. My son comes home everyday (reluctantly!) And talks about his day and what the teachers did with him, always happy and ready to go back the next day! They use a nice application called Tapestry which delivers photos to us of our son at school with an explanation of what he was doing and his progress in key areas of development. I could go on but I couldn't do justice to how good this school and it's teachers are! Send your kids here :)
