Kip McGrath has been a fantastic support for my daughter, and I can't recommend it enough, especially her tutor, Lesley-Ann. Before starting, my daughter struggled with a lot of confusion and anxiety around maths, and it was really affecting her confidence. Since working with Lesley-Ann, there's been such a transformation, not just in her understanding of the subject, but her self-belief.
Lesley-Ann has a wonderful way of making her feel comfortable, encouraging her to try without the pressure of needing to be perfect. It's clear she genuinely cares, and that warmth has helped my daughter out of her shell. Her confidence has absolutely skyrocketed in such a short amount of time, and it's been so lovely to see her feeling proud of herself again.

I would highly recommend Lesley-Ann at Kip MCGrath tutoring in Ossett. She’s worked wonders with my daughter in the run up to her SATs. Her confidence grew with every lesson, she looked forward to going and she left there ready and confident to take on her SATs. If my daughter needs any support in the future I won’t hesitate to return.

On the surface, Kip tutoring may seem expensive, but I believe it is well worth the money - my daughter's English and Maths have improved greatly after tutoring.
As a result of a 80 minute session (not 60 mins), my daughter received quality learning and feedback. The learning was tailored, flexible, and parental input was always welcomed. Each lesson was followed up with written feedback.
I think Lesley-Ann is a real find, a true gem - my daughter enjoyed her lessons very much.

My daughter attended Kip McGrath in Ossett and worked with Lesley-Anne. She was working towards the entrance exam at WGSF. From the first visit she was engaged and enjoyed the learning. Lesley-Anne was caring and compassionate and keen to help my daughter in any way she could.
The friendly environment and the structure of the learning ensured it was an enjoyable experience for my daughter. She did not complain about attending once and said that she enjoyed working with Lesley-Anne much more than school.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kip McGrath in Ossett and Lesley-Anne in particular... 💪🏻

Lesley-Ann is great! My 8 year old daughter was struggling with her maths. She’s been going to Kip McGrath for a few months now and she’s so much more confident. You’d imagine children who don’t like maths would hate the idea of extra lessons outside school time, but the weekly session with Lesley-Ann is one of the highlights of my daughter’s week. It doesn’t feel like work at all, for her it’s a social occasion! I’d urge anyone whose child is struggling to put their doubts to one side and give it a try, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the results.
