SEND provision

The management team is highly attuned to the needs of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Team members work in exceptionally close partnership with a range of external professionals to ensure that children get the additional support they need. Consequently, children with SEND make excellent progress from their starting points.

Outdoor space

Staff support children to identify and manage risks in their play. They talk to them about balancing safely on the outdoor equipment and to watch out for their friends as they ride bicycles.

My clingy nearly 2 year old has been attending this nursery for the past 4 weeks, she has settled in lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, I highly recommend this nursery. Millie my toddlers key worker is amazing at her job, and it shows. My little one smiles her little head off when she sees her in the morning. Thank you La Maternelle Nantwich, but a bigger thanks to Millie! 🌟 x

Both my girls attend La Maternelle 4 days a week and love it! All the Nursery Practitioners and Managers go above and beyond in all aspects of the daily running of the nursery, and they all seem to have a special bond with the children. There is an online portal (eylog) which keeps parents updated daily on things like what food they have eaten, sleep times, achievements, observations, and weekly updates highlighting what the children have been learning about that week and what they will be learning about the following week All the daily and weekly activities are planned, and monthly newsletters sent out prior. Both my girls go into and come out of nursery with a smile on their face and are always shattered after having such a jam-packed fun filled day.

I can not praise this nursery enough. My daughter goes 2 times a week, and appears to love it. The food provided is of very high standard which my daughter seems to love. All staff are brilliant and very helpful. They go out of there way to help whenever and wherever they can, and always with a smile. Lovely atmosphere, full of smiles and all children seem to learn whilst enjoying themselves through play. Every single child and parent is treated in a personal and meaning way. A lot of courses are available for parents to attend, which are brilliant.

My little girl has been going to this amazing  nursery since she was 4 months old. It is probably one of the hardest...and easiest things I've had to do so far!! Every morning she is greeted with open arms and every morning she goes with the biggest smile on her face. Staff are amazing! Always happy, smiling and extremely attentive. We are kept informed on all her progress and daily activities in person, via daily sheets and online tapestry which is brilliant. Feel so lucky to have found this nursery and we can't thank them enough! Definately 100% recommend.👍

Both of my children have attended La Maternelle and loved going. My 3 year old still attends and can't wait to go in which shows what a great job they're doing. Lots for the children to do everyday and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.
