Lambs Christian School Day Nursery, located at 113 Soho Hill, Birmingham, B19 1AY, provides childcare for children aged 1 to 4 years. The nursery operates all year round, from 8:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Established in 2023 and registered with Ofsted on 12/09/2023, the nursery offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to thrive. The dedicated staff, whose well-being is prioritised, implement an ambitious Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, covering the seven areas of learning, to prepare children for their onward educational journeys.
The setting places a strong emphasis on effective key-person systems and supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities through tailored routines and timely professional referrals. All children benefit from daily outdoor play and fresh air, with opportunities for physical activity both in the garden and within the local community.
The nursery also focuses on promoting children's health through good oral hygiene, nutrition and supporting their emotional well-being by building secure attachments with attentive staff.

Staff adapt the routine for children with special educational needs and/ or disabilities so that their transition between rooms is tailored to their needs. Leaders have recently reflected on their provision and practice for children with special educational needs and/ or disabilities, and improvements have been made to the timeliness of referrals and seeking support from external professionals. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive accurate and regular assessment of their needs, meaning any gaps in their development are identified swiftly.
All children enjoy daily outdoor play and fresh air with their friends. There are lots of opportunities for children to be physically active on outings into the local community and in the garden.
It’s about a year now and I can say that my experience in this nursery has been fantastic. The teachers are great, equipping children with good academics and moral knowledge. I have no regrets at all!
