DELAY, DENY & DECEIVE this is Lime Tree Nursery ethos , please keep your children out of this Nursery. Some of the major fact of the problems with this Nursery is the lack of accountability from the Academy to the nursery manager as well as some of the nursery practitioners as well as the Nursery SENCO. Unfortunately due to the fact that the Academy trustees are not monitoring management & staff standards have significantly. Management including the SENCO are unfit to continue in their roles retraining is a must especially when it comes paper work and being able to monitor and support other staff effectively. The lack of understanding of new & different techniques and teaching methods is extremely disappointing coming from the manager and SENCO. When you ask them questions they are quick to be defensive, that is if you are lucky enough to finally have a meeting with the management team. Unfortunately most often the management team will ignore your request to talk to them, if you ask the practitioner's and questions they will often respond with a 'I don't know' and then never get back to you with an answer. If you are unfortunate enough to be currently sending your child to the nursery please keep a written copy of all of your questions and comments via the management's email address. As they will DELAY, DENY &DECEIVE you Unfortunately. Lastly trust your gut feeling about the nursery.
