The Leap Frogs is a well-established childcare setting in Crediton, operating since 2001, for children aged 2 to 11 years. They received a "Good" rating in their latest Ofsted inspection on February 9, 2026.

The nursery prioritises an ambitious curriculum and high aspirations for every child, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring they achieve well and make rapid progress. The staff foster a warm, positive, and purposeful environment where children thrive, developing strong foundations in skills and knowledge.

Safeguarding standards are met, with a commitment to an open culture where all concerns are identified and managed effectively. The setting provides extensive opportunities for physical development and encourages imaginative play both indoors and outdoors, even offering waterproof suits so children can enjoy the garden in all weathers.

Leaders work closely with families to set personalised goals for children with SEND, creating a fully inclusive setting where every child feels valued.
