We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery experience for our child! Our little one attended Leaping Lilies for over two years, and we are beyond grateful for the care, love, and professionalism of the entire team. The staff are kind, nurturing, and incredibly dedicated. They create a warm and supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. It’s been a joy to watch our child grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually during their time here. The communication with parents is excellent, the daily activities are engaging and creative, and the atmosphere is always cheerful and positive. It’s clear that every child is truly seen and valued. As our child now moves on to primary school, we will always carry such fond memories of Leaping Lilies. Thank you for everything – you’ve given our child a beautiful start in life!

As a parent, I would not recommend Leaping Lilies Nursery. We experienced several issues, including poor communication and a lack of transparency around our son’s placement and schedule. Despite repeated assurances, he was refused entry on the day of arrival because some staff were on holiday — three children were turned away that day and no notice in advance! We were told : first come first serve basis on that day..! On several occasions, my son came home with minor injuries, but no incident reports were provided. I was told at the door, “I don’t know what happened, he didn’t cry.” Once, I waited outside for 25 minutes at pick-up time, only to be told, “Sorry, we couldn’t find him.” Most concerning of all was a serious data breach in which personal information about both parents and children was shared without consent — a major red flag for any childcare provider. I urge other parents to think carefully before enrolling their child here. Data protection, trust, and clear communication are essential — and unfortunately, this setting fell short on all three. The team appears disorganised and lacking proper structure.
