Like Grove Nursery in Hemel Hempstead has a good location, nice set up, and a friendly team in person. When we were placed on the waiting list, the communication at the start was reassuring and polite. However, once we were told we’d get confirmation 8 weeks before our intended start date, everything went silent. We are now past that timeframe (overdue by several days) and have received no email, no call, no message—nothing. Not even a courtesy update to say there’s no space available, or an apology, or guidance to look elsewhere. This lack of communication is very disappointing, especially when finding childcare places is already so difficult. We even offered three different options/variants for start dates, but got no response to any of them. First impressions were good, but the follow-through and reliability in communication have been very poor.
