We have probably seen The majority of nurseries in Hemel Hempstead. This by a long stretch is by far the worst nursery we have visited. As well as the quickest tour we went on due to the fact that the person that was showing us around was not from that particular nursery and they didn’t bother showing us the whole nursery just the one room. But the one room was more than enough for us to decide, we would never take our child there to be neglected like that they took us to the baby room and all the babies there were crying and screaming. You can hear it from the entrance of the nursery, which was our first Red flag. All the kids had runny noses, Which those that were looking after the kids did not bother to wipe. there were two female care providers that were quite young and seemed very inexperienced and didn’t seem to care about the well-being of the children. There was also one baby that was on the floor right next to the door as it was being opened and it could’ve easily been hit when the person that was showing us around open the door for us to get into the room. The woman explaining the nursery had no clue as to what she was saying she couldn’t care less and there was no safety protocols around Phones just asked for ID and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was looking at. From the first five minutes of being in this nursery, I knew that I would never take my child here. I advise anyone looking at nurseries to not waste your time and skip viewing this nursery altogether.

We’ve had a really lovely time with this nursery, and my son has enjoyed it a lot — especially thanks to the teachers, who have been kind and caring. He made some great memories here. 🌸 That said, I do feel the management side could sometimes be a little bit messy. Communication wasn’t always as clear or smooth as we expected, and I’ve heard similar feedback from other parents too. It’s not a big criticism, but something I hope they can improve on. Overall though, it has been a positive experience. Thanks for all the effort you put in

Amazing Day Nursery, I have two children that attend the baby and preschool unit. My son has progressed from Babies and will be leaving for school in September. He has blossomed so much and always comes home talking about what he has learned. As for my daughter in babies she is already showing signs of being ready for toilet training and learning new words rapidly. Cannot recommend them enough!

My son has been going to Busy Bees for almost a year now and he loves it. The team are amazing, and everyone knows my son, even the teachers that aren't in his room. I like that we always know how his day went, and the cute things he did, or a new skill/word he learned. We had to change his schedule a few times and the front office are accommodating and helpful. I feel he is growing well and being loved and cared for when I drop him off.

My Little boy was attending few days in February, from beginning , place wasn’t 100 💯 sure but I have a try us my friend children was attending some time ago and she was ok, My little boy didn’t settle properly, staff couldn’t help him enough us I have seen him crying ,and crying , nobody cares and then they said he was absolutely fine , finally day , on the way to work they rang me just 20 min after dropping, My son was very emotional and he vomit and I have to collect him asap,they shouldn’t gave him breakfast till he was calm and settled, anyway after conversation with manager she tried to apologise and offered next session free of charge but I wasn’t happy and safe to leave him in Apsley busy bees and go to work . Ps Received invoice to pay for days my son never attended.
