Director seems to be extremely unprofessional and in support of no accountability staff members for concerns a toddler is showing. We have been denied access to CCTV, staff have been unhelpful. We will take matters further. If your child attends this nursery and shares any concerns please believe your child and further investigate this matter.

Please don't send your kids there if you care about your childs wellbeing. They only clean your child up and change the nappy just before you come otherwise they'll leave your child with food all over the face and clothes, won't change wet nappies and they'll leave you child with snotty face.
