How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have appropriate support in place to help them progress. Leaders and staff work well with external agencies to obtain the help they need. Leaders use additional funding effectively to purchase resources to help develop all children's learning. The sensory room helps children to relax and and regulate their behaviour and they enjoy the tactile and visual resources.

Outdoor space

The environment, both inside and outside, is well planned and stimulating. Staff have completed training and leaders are trained to offer forest school learning. Every week, staff take children to the local forest school where children are inspired and have hands-on experiences in the natural environment. They build confidence as they problem-solve and learn to manage risks and explore the natural environment.

Been in 2 minds to write a review about this place. My daughter attended briefly. My concerns were met nicely with the manager but my daughter was very unhappy with her caregiver and when I confronted her about it my daughter seemed to be even more scared to go in. I was also told by staff my daughter was fought to change her nappy but they didnt manage and pinned her down by 3 members of staff. Red flag situation and I pulled her out. Not to mention the amount of sickness like slapped cheek syndrome. Do no recommend.

If I could I would rate 0. So staffing and manager are confused on what the procedures are.the observation on my child's learning journey did not make any sense.the first time my child went there I witnessed 3/4children near the reception with no supervision and they could of easily opened the front door, also another incident which I reported to ofsted about. the staff are not welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable.so happy my child has left

Absolute waste of time . Initially called first to request a viewing. The lady I spoke with on the phone asked my requirements, I explained everything including days, time etc. I was told to come down at 10.30am. The reception area is quite decent. I waited 30mins before i was seen by a manager. I was then asked again about my requirements and a few details about my child, this was done infront of other parents in the waiting room. This in it self was off putting as no consideration is given to privacy . I was shown around after ,most of the areas in the nursery seem well organised but others looked clustered and staff seemed absent minded. The entire place also smelt of poo. I was brought into the office/ reception area the lady sitting there wasn't very pleasant either. They gave a form which was supposedly the packages they offer but no explanation about anything and then I was told they would have to contact head office to see if the times I required was available.this should have been told to me from the phone call and why have a on sight manger if she cannot make decision.overall, wouldn't send my child there too clustered, unorganised and off putting staff.
