Little Elms Nursery has been fantastic for our daughter, Ida. The staff are exceptional — caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. Ida learned so much during her time there and formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. She was very sad to leave for school this year (2025), which speaks volumes about how happy she was at Little Elms.

I would like to thank the whole wonderful team. You have been truly amazing, and we really wished we could stay, but the long distance between home and the nursery has been tiring for my Daughter, so we sadly had to leave. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the team and of course the wonderful lady (Tomai 🌹) . We wish you continued success and happiness. My daughter will always remember you with love. 💖

The entire team is warm, approachable, and always welcoming. The setting is well-organized, and the nursery appears to be managed efficiently. From what we’ve seen, it’s a caring and trustworthy environment where children are well looked after.

Little Elms has been wonderful for my daughter's development. She absolutely loves going to nursery and literally can't wait to get there in the mornings! The staff are truly amazing - caring, attentive and professional. They make great use of their location next to the park for outdoor activities, and I'm impressed with the variety of healthy food options they provide with their in house chef. The care and daily activities are top-notch, and we've seen significant development in our daughter since she started. She's always coming home excited to tell us about her day and the fun things she's learned. The only area I feel could be improved is their approach to family events like nativities and Easter celebrations. These are currently quite limited in terms of attendance (one person per child) and only available to children attending on specific days. It would be great if they could consider using a local venue like a church or community hall to accommodate more inclusive family events. Overall, we're very happy with Little Elms and would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for quality childcare!"

We found internal spaces pretty cramped, the food options to be okay/better than average and the garden to be well laid out. The main point to flag is a series of recent complaints flagged by Ofsted in a short period of time, which is all available online. This suggests an alarming pattern of failing to meet basic requirements and no - or slow - action to remedy serious issues. The negatives far outweighed other aspects and we decided to withdraw from Little Elms due to these concerns. As always, take a look for yourselves and do your own research.
