I wholeheartedly recommend Little Elms in Greenwich 💛. The staff are incredibly warm, caring, and truly welcome my child with so much heart. As a mum, the separation process was not easy, but thanks to their support, everything became much smoother. I wasn’t just looking for a nursery where my child would spend time — I was searching for a second home, a place where she would feel safe, loved, and cared for. And we found exactly that at Little Elms. The atmosphere here is full of kindness, patience, and genuine care. My child goes in happily every day, and for me, that says it all. I completely trust them and feel so grateful for everything they do 🙏✨ Thanks to everyone🥹❤️ I highly recommend!!!!!

The staff members of this team are simply amazing. Their commitment to taking care of your child is genuine and unwavering. They make every effort to ensure that your child feels at ease and cared for, which had a positive impact on my son's eating habits and other etiquette. The nurturing environment also allowed him to adjust smoothly and embrace new learning experiences. I cannot commend the lovely staff members enough. Each one of them deserves applause.

This Nursery has done a really bad job at looking after our son. After spoken to a few other parents that took their kids out of here and having had our own experience we realized it was time for us to go our separate way with them. The high amount of staff turnover is part to blame for this and also tells you that its not a good work environment. Managers come as quick as they go. We've seen staff arguing here, shouting at kids and parents are badly advised, the list goes on..... They don't take proper care of the kids and staff lie to you a lot about everything. It's a real turn off to experience. They will also act like your child as never attended they nursery in response And pay staff to write reviews… And yes my son is attending a new nursery now. Ideally I would not change his nursery but I had no choice as a concerned mom.

My daughter has been attending Little Elms Peninsula for almost 8 months. The staff are very friendly and genuinely caring. They provide activities that support the children’s development, and the fact that there is a dedicated outdoor area is a great advantage. As a parent who visited all the nearby nurseries before making a decision, I can wholeheartedly recommend Little Elms without hesitation.

As a childcare practitioner, I have had the privilege of working closely with them and I am consistently impressed by the high standard of care and provided. The nursery fosters a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is valued as an individual.They prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with the children and their families, which creates a solid foundation for learning and emotional growth. One of the nursery’s greatest strengths is its dedicated and passionate staff team. Practitioners are not only highly qualified but also genuinely caring and attentive.Staff know the children exceptionally well and are skilled in identifying and responding to their unique needs, interests, and developmental stages.The manager Ras is very supportive and helpful with staff and even with the children 😀
