If I could give -5 star I would - absolutely disgusting setting since been took over by Toots, kicked my girls and 42 other children out because they couldn't treat their staff with respect they deserve, address issues as they came about. To top off left us with nowhere to go and only 48hrs notice, deleted my girls 4year learning journey so I will never see what was happy memories again. I echo this is not the girls in the rooms (they're wonderful amazing people) and original LE manager(A & L) it's toots, all they're bothered about is a pay check. They don't care for your children at all and kicked us to the kerb without a blink. When new Nurserys tried calling for handover of children- refused to do so- absolutely disgraceful holding back on a child's development!! SHOCKING!! SHOULD BE ASHAMED

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son has attended this setting since he was one year old, and now he — along with 42 other children — has been forced to leave. This appears to be due to staffing shortages, which, from what parents have been told, stem from the way new management has treated staff. My son is a preschool leaver but the nursery has chosen to terminate places early for all children who were set to leave. This follows a recent Ofsted welfare report highlighting safeguarding concerns, This has been in the news also. Since the change in management, the quality of the setting has declined significantly. Emails often go unanswered, and the office staff come across as rude and unhelpful. Stay well clear of this setting!!

I am reposting this as Little Explorers Deleted my review on their Facebook. Everything I have stated in this review is true! If I could give 0 stars I would. This is currently in the news, news papers and our local MP is getting involved….. My daughter went to this setting since she was 9 months old and always looked forward to going to nursery / preschool. We even kept her at this setting when we moved from around the corner from the setting to Stubbington as she only had a year left before going to school. Near the end of 2025 the setting got new management but key members of staff all of a sudden started leaving telling us they don't support the new manager and their decision. We werent getting regular updates due to the amount of new staff coming into the setting and we couldn't believe how far it went down hill but it got worse over the period of the new management coming in, parent reported the setting to OFSTED due to welfare issue and other reasons. 42 children in preschool in which all children are going to school in September were given 48 hour notice at the end of half term that there children's places were being terminated due to lack of staff and too many children they brought into the setting... since after Christmas we were told the staff to children ratio was safe so nothing to worry about. Also they have terminated the older siblings and kept and younger siblings.... As any parent we went to the setting to see what will happen now, we were told we will get support from local authorities to find another setting but hours later on the family app were told it's up to us now...... Do not recommend little explorers anymore!
